Trucking
To mobilize our equipment; HCL owns a fleet of truck and trailer combinations that include tandem and tridem tractor-trucks, tridem axle low beds, scissor necks and jeep combinations. For smaller equipment; HCL has dual rear wheel 2 ton picker and dump style trucks, tandem/tridem axle tilt decks and dump trailers for mobilizing equipment and/or materials to location. We have custom engineered our tandem/tridem axle truck box and trailer configurations (both pony pup/end dump) utilizing tub style and polyurethane lined boxes, sealed end gates and electric tarps.

Reclamation
HCL uses proven recovery techniques to achieve our goal of zero restarts. We have invested significantly in more than 30 existing specialized tools; exactly when the client needs them to successfully complete disposition projects the first time. HCL can restore damaged land to its full agricultural or natural productive capacity. This service includes subsoil and topsoil replacement, demolition, contouring, erosion control, road decommissioning and vegetation removal. HCL has four bulldozer-friendly tree planting/site preparations. One bulldozer can pull two attachments and break the soil like cultivation. This leaves a furrow that retains moisture and a patch of dirt for planting trees. This method models surface contours to guide water flow to promote sustainable forest growth..

Remediation
HCL is equipped to implement the remedial plans resulting from the Phase II Environmental Impact Assessment. These remedial work plans may also be part of ESA Phase III. Our remediation services include removal and transportation of damaged soil, provision of clean clay fill from our existing sources, and provision of specialized equipment to process the soil to meet project-specific requirements. HCL is working closely with its customers and site representatives to implement other mitigation measures necessary to achieve the desired result.

Spill Response
The HCL team is available 24/7. We maintain an inventory of spill control equipment on our trucks and trailers so our crews can move quickly and smoothly in emergency situations; and effectively for routine cleaning. Our prevention options include containment, restoration and removal of contaminated soil, as well as other mitigation measures. HCL owns and supplies temporary fences, both rigid and flexible, to ensure free access to excavations during the project..
