We use and repurpose everything on our farm within limits in an effort to close the circle of life. In order to feed our cattle, we begin by conserving seed, planting our own transplants, gathering the produce, and processing plant waste. What cannot be consumed is composted and utilised once more in the fields to complete the cycle. We also practise other types of repurposing, such as turning old feed sacks into reusable tote bags and tablecloths, weaving baskets out of prunings from our grape vines, utilising old plastic barrels as planters and many more.  we are motivated to educate our entire community and impart our knowledge. Consider coming to our instructional programmes and "U-Pick" produce in the future.
