Wayne and Josie Balderson and their family own and run Natural Elk Ranch. The Balderson family has been raising animals and selling it for many years. Elk ranching is a logical progression from today's cattle farming. Elk, commonly known as wapiti, is a suitable livestock alternative to cattle.
