In 1993, Bob Allen and Karl Bolack established Allen & Bolack Excavation Ltd. With the City of Brandon, the corporation expanded rapidly after starting out small. This included providing sewer and water for projects like the Woodlands subdivision, Southridge subdivision, and the brand-new Corral Centre at 18th & Kirkcaldy. Allen & Bolack Excavation Ltd. reached 40 employees throughout the course of the years, including full-time assistance in the office. The business has built up a solid workforce base with many years of experience in the digging industry. On April 15, 2010, All West Group purchased the business, and Garry Kaluzniak was hired as a partner and general manager by them.
