Founded by Steve and Biljana Bogdanovic, our company has been crafting quality residential homes since 1993, initially focusing on the Aylmer and St. Thomas areas. Over the past 25 years, we have proudly constructed over 250 homes renowned for their quality, style, and craftsmanship. Our homes are tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients, with past projects ranging from 2,000 sq.ft. to over 3,000 sq.ft. Regardless of the design envisioned by our clients, it is our privilege at Bogdanovic Construction Inc. to transform their ideas into homes that they and their families can cherish for generations.

Steve and Biljana Bogdanovic bring a wealth of diverse skills and education to our company. Both hailing from Serbia, they immigrated to Canada in their early 20s after completing their university studies. Steve's background in civil engineering complements Biljana's expertise in land surveying, reflecting our commitment to excellence in design and construction.

Today, we are delighted to welcome the next generation into our family business, with Aleksandar Bogdanovic and Olivera Bogdanovic joining our team. Aleksandar focuses on the preliminary stages of construction, while Olivera specializes in adding the finishing touches, all while ensuring seamless coordination with our clients' needs. Together, as a family unit, we leverage our individual expertise to create new, high-quality residential homes in and around the Kincardine area.
