Souris Sauces makes artisanal salsa and preserves in small batches. We grew and prepared it specifically for you! Freshly pick vegetables from our garden are use to make small batches of spicy sauce, salsa, and pickled preserves. As Jim likes to say, "From my hands to yours" - Stop by the store whenever the door is open; our cannery & farm are conveniently situated on the northside of Route 2, West on the outskirts of Souris, PEI. Visitors are always welcome—Put your masks! Jim and his wife Josee purchased a 4 acre property in Souris West, Prince Edward Island, in 2019, which marked the beginning of their trip.
